Rosalba was born in Palermo Italy and moved to Saratoga California, with her family, at the age of 13.
She graduated from Condie College, in San Jose California, with a major in Computer Programming.
She is a Vice President and Consultant at Bank Of America and has worked for Amdahl and Memorex Corporations.
Rosalba has served in several volunteer positions. She led the MPact Girls program at Oak Park Christian Center for 17 years. She also founded "Bloom" a Junior High girls program for the Moraga community. Rosalba and her husband Don reside in Moraga, CA and have two grown daughters.
Augustine Gill has worked in the domestic and international humanitarian sector for over 25 years. He has traveled and lived in Africa, Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Former Soviet Union countries representing prominent organizations such as American Red Cross, Save the Children and International Rescue Committee in senior positions covering country and regional programs. Augustine's expertise is in the design and implementation of international and domestic health and economic development programs for the underprivileged, human resource development and management, disaster preparedness and response, networking, non-profit board development, fundraising and financial oversight of multi-million dollar programs.
Augustine has lived in the Bay Area for the last five years and taken on assignments with Catholic Charities of the East Bay and most recently as CEO of RotaCare Bay Area, Inc. Augustine is very active with local Rotary Clubs, his church and as a Knights of Columbus member. He also shares his global expertise with other non profits working in the areas of refugee crisis, minority rights and capacity building.
Augustine holds a Masters degree in International Administration and a Masters in Political Science. He lives in Moraga with his two children and wife.
Daniel Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College in Claremont, CA. His work experiences include a variety of roles at both large companies and startups across several industries, including tech, manufacturing, and education. For the past several years, he has been developing and applying skills as a Digital Marketer at Fortune 500 companies.
Daniel has served through several volunteer positions at the American Red Cross, church, and in less visible capacities at other organizations in the past. His desire is to improve the lives of others in whatever way possible.

Chief Executive Officer
David P. Bernal is the Managing Partner for KLR Associates, LLC
KLR Associates, LLC (http://klrassoc.com) is a nationwide real estate investment firm. They are involved with real estate investment opportunities, property management and land development.
As Managing Partner, David is responsible for managing assets within the firm’s portfolio.
Additionally, David has experience in asset management, including special Account Management experience to identify future issues.
He has a solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and investment analysis. And, experience with multiple asset types.
David’s brings his ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Our Board of Directors and Management Team is appreciative of his strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.
Education: David received his Bachelors of Arts from Pepperdine University in Malibu. Then went on to pursue graduate studies in Public Administration at Long Beach State University, and finally entered law school at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton.
After approximately eleven years David left Pacific Bell as a Technical Director to pursue other opportunities. He has held multiple positions within Fortune 100 companies and titles including, but not limited to: Director of Engineering, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of various organizations.
Janet completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Food Science from the University of CA at Davis. She has worked in the food industry in a variety of roles assisting R&D and brand groups develop and introduce new products as a consumer insights specialists and consultant. Past associations included Miller Coors, Del Monte, Clorox, Nestlé and ChefsBest.
Janet has served the community through volunteer positions with many organizations focused on youth programs including San Ramon Valley Livermore Aquatics (board positions included Treasurer and Secretary), De La Salle High School Parent Board and St. Joan of Arc Pastoral Council. Janet has five grown children and one grandchild.
Brian Hungerford is a business executive with leadership experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Online Analysis, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, and New Business Development for multi-channel retailers including Target, Best Buy, Mervyn’s, Advance Auto Parts, and Wilson’s Leather. Brian’s diverse background includes a past presidency of the Tri Valley Fly Fishers, and a board membership with The New Dance Lab in Minneapolis.
Throughout these experiences, Brian is known for being an effective change agent who can convert senior management’s vision into positive outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to optimize the assets under their control. He is also a passionate developer of people.
Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brian and his wife Marie, a Clinical Psychologist, live in San Jose. They have one adult daughter, a marketing communications manager living in New York City.
